Brad has successfully translated ambiguity into opportunity and unlocked growth potential across a diverse set of organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Brad’s extensive experience working with C-Level and Executive groups revolves around business to business relationships, entrepreneurship, innovation, and executive coaching.
He served President George H.W. Bush as a member of his White House staff in the West Wing and led the Presidential transition team for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). While Chief Commercial Officer at AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions, his team drove double digit business growth for this global B2B commercial weather business. He founded ChainDrugStore.net, a leading web-based B2B marketing and merchandising platform for the $300 billion retail pharmacy industry, and until 2005 served as President and CEO where his team acquired, retained, and grew customer relationships with twenty-five Fortune 500 companies. Brad is currently President of Pinnacle Summit Services and The Mitchell Group, a consulting and executive leadership coaching firm.
In addition, Brad is a certified executive leadership coach (PCC), International Coaching Federation (ICF) having completed the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program (ICF and ACTP accredited). He also holds certificates related to executive coaching, e-commerce, and finance from MIT Sloan School of Management, Rice University, and Harvard University. He has been published by the Harvard Business School and currently serves as a board member on the Industrial and Professional Advisory Committee, College of Engineering and as a board member on the Center for Service Enterprise Engineering Advisory Board at Penn State. Brad is a Lieutenant Junior Grade (retired) in the United States Naval Reserve.
Brad earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
